Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 200,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
